• Heading various business requirements gathering/analysis and desired outcomes for conversion to requirements
• Key role involvement in Business Workshop, performing DCO session as per process flow discussion
• Handling DCO, case type creation, estimator, agile workbench, Agile studio and perform POC in APP studio as per Change request / Business proposal
• Generating business cases, process flows, UI mock-ups, and other artefacts to ensure transparency of solution and client acceptance
• Collaborating with client to identify/address various issues, Scrum Meeting, sprint grooming, planning, execution, billing, production support and escalations
• Single point of contact between the business & technical team to ensure standardized communication and understanding of solution design
• SOW Creation participation and validation, RAID Management
• Working closely with quality assurance team to maintain testing efforts in line with system deliveries and business process
• Carrying out researches, analysis, design, proposes and delivering IT architecture solutions with an optimal level of business and IT strategies
• Implementing the agile best practices for maintenance and development of backlog
