Offline support for banking project

I'm located in hyderabad nearer to JNTU H metro station. I need off offline job support because my application is completly restricted other sites to share the screen even I'm not able to Google home page as well. So screen share is not possible and not possible to send the requirement through photos and take support on online vedio calls. I need offline support only. Ping me who are interested to give offline support and who are in my nearer location to give offline support.

And avoid this post who are not in my nearer location and online support persons as well.
