pdf form checklist
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a freelancer to create a PDF form checklist for our CPA firm.
Format:
- I have a specific format in mind for the checklist.
Fields:
- While I have a rough idea of the fields I want, I am open to suggestions and would appreciate help in deciding the fields.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in creating PDF forms
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand and incorporate specific requirements
- Creative thinking to suggest improvements and enhancements to the checklist format and fields.
We have multiple routing slips we need done. This would be the first of many to be updated. We started the update process, but don't have the time or skill to make this work efficiently. The XLS is the original, the PDF Test is the start of the new setup, but we need to work on the top and bottom sections. The middle parts should be ok to work with. As you see with the Test we want to move the initials and date over to the left.
