create online fillable forms

I'm a Realtor/Real Estate Agent and we often send forms for clients to print and fill in and send back. I would like these forms changed into a version where we can send them out and people can fill them in online and email them back. This includes tick boxes, initials, signatures and writing information down. I have templates available to copy.
