convert pdf to world

I need someone to convert a PDF document to Word format. The length of the document is unknown, but it may be over 50 pages. The PDF document may be either a scanned image or a text-based document. I require advanced formatting for the Word document, including tables, graphs, and images. Ideal candidates should have experience in PDF to Word conversion and advanced formatting skills.
