convert pdf template to Invoice ninja

We currently are using an old invoice system and want to migrate to invoice ninja. We have a PDF Template that we are using for our current invoice system. We need to convert or better said to migrate the pdf template to the invoice ninja system.

I will be providing you with an Illustrator file and also an empty pdf file
