convert image pdf 3 PAGE CV into an editable text file

I am looking for a freelancer to convert a 3-page CV from an image PDF into an editable text file. The text file should maintain the same formatting as the original CV. The ideal candidate should have experience in converting PDFs into editable text files while preserving formatting.
Skills/Experience Needed:
- Proficiency in converting PDFs into editable text files
- Ability to maintain formatting in the converted text file
The CV should be converted into a Word Document or PHOTOSHOP PSD. The project needs to be completed as soon as possible.
you will make no changes to the CV, the issue is its an image, and I need it as a PHOTOSHOP FILES that can edited and when the file is saved into a PDF the text can be readable so the recruiters AI can detected the text
if its a PSD each page should be on a layer and everything can be edited in terms of text and images
this is a few hours job for a pro in photoshop
