Zoom CSV to PDF Report

After every Zoom meeting I download the registration .csv and need it transformed into a polished PDF that highlights: meeting date, start time, topic, facilitator, plus each registrant’s first name, last name, email, and total minutes attended. I already have a sample report that shows the exact look and feel I want—use that as your visual guide.
What I need from you is a repeatable solution. Whether you build a small Python script, an Excel/VBA routine, or a Google-Sheets-to-PDF workflow is up to you, as long as the steps are simple enough for me to run right after each meeting and the final output matches the example layout.
Acceptance criteria:
• I drop a fresh Zoom .csv into the process and receive a correctly formatted PDF in minutes.
• All required fields appear in the order listed above, with clean headings and consistent fonts/spacings that mirror my sample.
• No manual copy-pasting once the workflow is set.
