Word Document into Branded Booklet

Job ID: 40097769

Budget: $30 – $250 AUD

I have a straightforward Word draft that now needs to look and read like a polished, professional booklet. Your task is to take the existing text, apply my branding guidelines (logo, fonts, corporate colours—these will be supplied), and lay everything out in a clean, formal style that feels board-room ready rather than brochure-casual.

Key points to cover
• Build a clear table of contents and make sure every section and sub-heading in the document is hyper-linked so readers can jump directly to each topic.
• Use my specified colour palette and typefaces consistently, respecting margins and white-space so the final file feels uncluttered yet authoritative.
• Ensure images, charts or pull-quotes (where they appear) sit neatly on the grid without pixelation or awkward wraps.

Deliverables
1. A press-ready PDF suitable for both on-screen reading and professional printing.
2. The fully formatted, editable Word file with all links and styles intact.

If you prefer laying out in Adobe InDesign or similar, that’s fine as long as the final outputs above are met. Accuracy in hyperlinks, consistent headings, and faithful use of brand assets will be my acceptance criteria. Once I provide the brand pack and draft text, I’d appreciate a quick first look to confirm we’re on the same visual wavelength before you complete the remaining pages.
