I need a qualified electrical professional who can work out the maximum demand for a residential installation and have the final figures to me tonight. The task is strictly an electrical load calculation; water, HVAC, or any other systems are outside the current scope.

Your numbers must cover every kitchen appliance plus all lighting and general-purpose outlets in the home, following the relevant codes (e.g., NEC demand factors) and good engineering practice. Please include any diversity factors you apply so I can see exactly how you arrived at the total kVA/amps.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THERE IS A SAUNA (single phase), COOLROOM (single phase) and LIFT (three phase) and an AIR CON 3 phase 32a



To keep things simple, all I require back is:
