Update Pricelist in Adobe Acrobat

I have an 89 page price list that needs updating in Adobe Acrobat. Every price needs 30% added to it rounded up to the nearest dollar and it needs to be done urgently.
Simple task but I'm short on time. I have attached the price list so you can see the task required.
