Unable to copy paste from a pdf file

I have a pdf file which allow to copy text but when i paste copied text in any place, its shows special characters.
Looking for someone who can make a NEW pdf file or anything you prefer where I can do proper copy pasting from new pdf file. I can send my pdf file. Which dont allow me to paste properly.
