Typesetting and copy placement for RTO workbooks

We require the help of a designer to assist us with the typesetting of multiple workbook documents for our RTO. The design and overall layout of the template has been set, we just need your help with the typesetting and general copy placement. We have quite a few documents with multiple pages so this would be an on-going project. Please see example document as reference.
