Text-Only PDF Formatting & Recording

I have a project that requires a freelancer to help me record a text-only PDF. The PDF contains already written content which will need to be formatted using simple headings and paragraphs. The ideal candidate should have experience with PDF editing and formatting, and excellent attention to detail to ensure the content is accurately recorded.
