Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have the architectural drawings for a four-storey (G + 3) residential block and now need the complete structural design package turned around as soon as possible. The frame will be a combination of reinforced concrete columns, beams and slabs tied together with selected steel members, so every calculation and drawing must reflect that mixed-material approach.
Here is what I expect to receive:
• Detailed load calculations covering gravity, wind and seismic actions, showing governing combinations in accordance with the relevant codes.
• Structural modeling files (ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAP2000 or similar) with all parameters left editable for future revisions.
• Foundation design matched to the geotechnical data I will supply, including footing schedules and reinforcement details.
• Fully annotated structural plans, sections and connection details in both PDF and editable DWG formats ready for my local authority submission.
• A concise design report that explains assumptions, safety factors and material grades so the review engineer can trace every decision.
Because the timeline is “ASAP,” I’d like an initial model and load summary within the first few days so we can confirm the member sizing direction before you complete the final documentation.
