Streamline PDF Holiday Rental Contract Signing

I am seeking a professional to assist in streamlining the signing process of my holiday rental property's contract template.

Currently, the workflow is as follows:
- I create a contract in Word
- Convert it to a flattened PDF
- Ask the client to print, sign, and scan it back to me
- I then print, sign, and scan it back to them

I want to make this process much more efficient using digital signatures. The final signed contract needs to be in PDF format. While I do not have a specific preference for a digital signature platform, I find a PDF most convenient as it does not require the client to download any additional software.
