Remove my own water marks and logo from pdf with more then 1500 pages and exceeds 45 mb

I've got a substantial manual, over 1500 pages, in PDF format which amounts to more than 45mb. I've manually placed watermarks and logos onto every page, but now I need them removed. Although these marks appear on each page, there isn't a consistent location where they can be found. They vary from page to page.
