Redesign Form PDF / Fillable / Upload to Dot Loop - Prepare Form (16 pages)

I need this form packet recreated to where its all digital and not a scanned version into PDF. I will provide the logos. You will then need to make the forms fillable on PDF and make the form field formatted propertly to sign with any esign or pdf editor. Then I need you to upload the document to www.dotloop.com (under my account) and prepare the form to be used as a template for my real estate work. Attached is the form package. I have the dotloop.com login for your uploading. Time frame to complete is approximately 3 days.
