I am in need of a skilled Adobe PDF specialist that can customize a form for me with a quick turnaround, preferably before Monday. Here are the key features I need:
- Addition of less than 5 custom fields
- Incorporation of dropdown selections
- Freezing selected fields
- Simultaneous alteration of logo and text details through dropdown options
Note: We already have a pre-existing form need some changes as mentioned above
