Python or Node dev for PDF to JSON Conversion Tool

I need a tool to convert a 1-page PDF with filled form fields into a JSON file. The format should be: formfieldname:filled_data.

Requirements:
- Use pdfplumber, pdf2json, or any suitable tool
- No special handling or custom mapping needed
- Use existing form field names as JSON keys
