Publish Urdu Paperback on KDP

I’ve already written and designed an Urdu paperback; the manuscript and cover are ready. Where I’m stuck is getting Amazon KDP to accept the files without mangling the right-to-left layout. I need someone who has successfully taken an Urdu (or similar RTL) title all the way through the KDP dashboard and can show me, step by step, how to do the same.

The focus is the uploading and publishing phase—language support issues, specifically right-to-left text formatting, are where I’m hitting a wall. Font embedding, mirrored margins, and any other KDP-specific tweaks that keep the text perfectly aligned once the proof is generated are critical.
