Podcast Growth Data Presentation

I need to create a presentation of the following data of one of my podcast shows:

- showing show growth over time
- showing how many email responses
- showing how many reviews
- showing how many ad impressions in season 4

I'm open in terms of format, so PDF or a presentation are welcomed as options.
