Pdf rearrange content and shrink it to a single page.

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with a project that requires rearranging content within a 4-7 page PDF document and shrinking it to a single page. I have a specific layout or format in mind and I can provide a sample of it for reference. I am looking for someone who has experience with rearranging content in PDFs and can shrink it while still keeping the same information.
General flow. Reports will be email to a specific email address on daily basis.
Power automate download email attachment and store into a server folder.
Power automate will look for the file create on a specific folder and automate to convert this pdf into another pdf, as attached is the sample format in pdf format and save into a complete folder. On specific time, power automate will created 3 email, attached those pdf files and send those file to a group of users by email. Secondary, those pdf files will be store in a specific cloud folder seperated into daily folder.
