Parse Contents of a PDF into a CSV or JSON
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
* Need someone that can parse a consistent PDF into CSV / JSON.
* The PDF has about 400 pages, but 95% of the pages have the exact same format.
* The PDF is in Gurmukhi script (not english). But I've had others that never seen the characters that were able to parse it for me
