I am looking for an experienced PDF editor to add fillable text boxes to a PDF form for me. This project needs to be completed within 1 week, and the PDF file is not password protected or encrypted. The freelancer I am looking for should have experience in editing PDF documents and can provide me with their past work for reference.
Attached is an example of a form with fillable text boxes. I want the same fillable text boxes added to a PDF form I have created. Details on color of text box, font style and size will be given.
