What you should note before trying to even submit a bid that you can do this work, you should consider if you have never done this type of work, then maybe you should sit this one out and allow only an experienced person bid. We do not want to waste your time or ours we just want a bidder who knows and has the experience. Also if you do not have the correct most update office 365 do not bid cause you can’t do this work.
1. Must have latest software Office 365 XLSX and be able to properly format MCQ. This is not manual data entry cut and paste, this is using the XLSX “DATA to PDF” function, them properly formatting the data.
2. These are not charts or easy to format financial statements, these are MCQs and you must know how to format the pdf into the XLSX with the sample template that is provided that shows the necessary format required. Some MCQ have images, you must properly format images to maintain image characteristics, and cannot be distorted or lose quality.
3. You can also convert to CSV if you have a software that can perform same function to convert pdf to CSV. The only thing it must maintain the MCQ format such that nothing is lost.
4. The final work of the XLSX or CSV is to be loaded by our team to a wordpress quiz plugin. This portion of the work is not part of this project, just so you know the purpose of this need. The plugin is WATU Pro wich is a quiz plugin for wordpress.
5. The number of MCQ is not negotiable, understand the requirement is the below metrics:
1. Document 1- 129 MCQ
2. Document 2- 87 MCQ
