PDF Ticket Generation & Mailing

I have an Excel sheet listing 300 records with three columns—sponsor name, number of attendees, and table number. From that data I need:

• A branded ticket template in PDF that follows our company logo and color palette.
• Each ticket must display only the sponsor name and table number pulled from the sheet.

Once the template is approved, I want every record merged so each attendee receives their personalised PDF ticket by email sent from our company account. Please set up whatever automation (Word/Outlook mail merge, Python script, Adobe Acrobat batch, etc.) you prefer as long as:

– All 300 tickets are correctly generated and attached to individual emails.
– Messages are dispatched from our domain without exposing other recipients.
– I receive the final template, the automated process (code or macro), and brief step-by-step instructions so I can rerun it next time.
