PDF Text to Excel Conversion

I have a collection of PDFs that hold text-only information which I now need inside a single, well-structured Excel workbook. Beyond simply copying the content over, I’d like the spreadsheet to be fully cleaned and formatted—headings consistent, blank rows removed, dates or references aligned—so that every column represents a clear category and the file is immediately ready for sorting or analysis.
You may use whichever extraction tools you prefer (Adobe Acrobat, Tabula, Python with pandas, or Excel Power Query are all fine by me) so long as the final result opens flawlessly in the latest desktop version of Excel.
Deliverable: one .xlsx file with the PDF text arranged neatly into logical columns, no stray characters, and clean formatting throughout.
