PDF Quotation Tool Development

We are looking for a developer to create a quotation generator system for our resort/hospitality business. The tool should allow our internal team to quickly enter customer details, select room categories, and choose additional features. The system should then automatically generate a professional PDF quotation with all information neatly formatted.

Key Requirements:

Form Input Panel

Customer details: Name, phone, email, address.

Event/Booking details: Check-in/out dates, number of guests, booking purpose.

Room category selection: Deluxe, Cottage, Tent, etc.

Extra features: Food package, decoration, water park access, etc.

Automatic PDF Generation

Generate branded PDF quotation with our logo, contact details, and terms & conditions.

PDF should be downloadable and shareable via email/WhatsApp.

Layout should be professional (with pricing table, taxes, total).

Admin Features

Editable room categories, rates, and feature pricing.

Ability to update quotation templates (header/footer, T&C).

Technology Preference

Can be web-based (PHP/Laravel, WordPress plugin, or React/Node).

Or desktop software with database (MS Access / Python / Excel automation).

Must be easy for non-technical staff to use.

Deliverables:

Working software/system to generate quotations.

Source code + documentation.

Training/demo for our team.
