PDF to Interactive Online Form Transformation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Please read my project before bid and answer this question 10 + 2 = ???.
1. Transform the PDF file into an online form.
2. Users should be able to fill out all the fields in the form.
3. Users should be able to add an electronic signature at the bottom of the form.
4. Users should be able to save, download, or email a copy of the completed form.
5. Please refer to the example form named "form.pdf."
6. The goal is to create a system where I can upload different types of forms for users to fill out, sign electronically, and then download.
