PDF Form Field Creation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a Fillable PDF form and I need a freelancer that can create 10-20 form fields in this document. The form should be designed to collect product information. The ideal bidder should have prior experience working with PDF forms, with particular expertise in designing form fields. A meticulous eye for detail is essential since the fields need to align seamlessly with the existing content on the PDF.
1. Keep the fonts.
2. Keep ½” padding on all sides to accommodate the frame.
3. Can “Hot Buy!” and “In-Store Sale” be any larger?
4. Toggle “Hot Buy!” in the header with “In-Store Sale”.
5. Toggle the logo between a Green Acres logo and a Hughes logo (I can send the files).
6. Toggle the red background with a green background. This goes hand in hand with Hot Buy! (always red background) and “In-Store Sale” (always a green background).
7. Product name:
a. Keep the size
b. Keep the font
c. Keep the field size

a. Allow for three lines of text in the field where it is
b. Expand the price field to stretch the width of the sign and to allow for $XXX.XX (I’d like this to be as large as possible).
c. Position the “was” price field under the price, justified right. Increase the size as space allows, and allow for 13 characters.
d. Position the size of the plant under the “was” price, justified right. Keep the font size. Allow for 15 characters in the field.
e. Move the “Price valid” and “Product code” lines to the bottom. Keep the font size.
f. Change “Price valid through 00/00/00” to “While supplies last through 00/00/00”. This field may not currently allow for two characters in the month, and I’m hoping you can add that in.
g. Reduce the size of the icons if needed to sit just above the “Price valid” line. Keep the toggling ability.
