PDF Date and Digit Edit

I have a personal-use PDF that needs two very small tweaks: the existing date must be updated to a new one, and one stray digit elsewhere on the page has to be removed. The layout, fonts, and overall appearance should stay exactly as they are now—no compression artefacts or visible editing marks.

I’m not certain whether the file is password-protected, so please be comfortable working around that possibility (or guiding me through unlocking it first if required).

Deliverable: the revised PDF returned to me in its original resolution, ready to print or share, with the corrected date and the unwanted digit completely gone. A quick turnaround would be appreciated.
