PDF Data Entry & Subtitle Translation

I have a collection of PDF documents whose tables and text need to be transferred accurately into an Excel sheet. At the same time, I also need a set of subtitle files translated from English into clear, natural-sounding French.

Here’s what I’m aiming for:
• Data from each PDF copied precisely into the matching columns of my provided Excel template, with no omissions or typos.
• SRT or VTT subtitle files translated line-by-line, keeping timestamps intact and respecting character limits so the on-screen text reads smoothly in French.
• Consistent terminology across both tasks; any unclear phrases flagged for confirmation rather than guessed.

I will supply:
– The source PDFs
– The Excel layout showing required columns
– The original English subtitle files

Please use whatever tools you are most comfortable with—Adobe Acrobat, Excel, or specialized OCR software—as long as the final spreadsheet is clean and the French subtitles sync perfectly. Deliver everything in one zip when finished, and let me know your estimated turnaround time when you start.
