PDF Attachment Password Protection

I need someone who can fix my HTML content and lock it behind a password prompt. When someone clicks to preview the PDF Attachment, the viewer must be asked for that password before any page is shown. I already have the exact password; it should be hard-coded into the protection layer, not generated on the fly.

Key points you should know before starting:
• My HTML is finished; your task is purely to apply PDF Password protection.
• The finished solution has to work in common desktop and mobile PDF viewers; a user should never see main content without entering the password.
• I will provide the HTML attachment.
