Optimized Construction Checklist Design

I already have a practical checklist that our site crews use every day, but its current layout slows everyone down. I need it redesigned so it’s effortless to read and tick off on a tablet while still looking sharp when printed and pinned to the site board. The content stays exactly the same; the presentation must become clearer, more visually structured, and construction-site tough—think large touch-friendly tick boxes, logical grouping, bold section headers, and enough white space for gloved hands to hit the right area.

Our foremen will mainly open it on tablets in the field, so please deliver a fillable, lightweight PDF that loads fast and works offline. A matching print-ready version is also essential for the crews who prefer paper. Keep both versions consistent in branding, colours, and numbering so nobody is confused when they swap between screens and hard copies.

Turnaround is critical; I need to put the new checklist into circulation ASAP.
