I am looking for a freelancer who can update the attached Adobe PDF to make it fillable with radio buttons that each button has a value which then will automatically calculate test scores. The scores will be based on a specific grading scale, and there will be multiple sections or categories that the scores will be divided into. THIS MUST BE DONE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 HOURS AND WITH A BUDGET OF $30. ONLY THE 1st, 2nd, and 5th Page will need to have a calculation
