Multifaceted PDF Task Handler

I am in need of a skilled freelancer who can handle a variety of tasks involving PDFs.

Tasks:
- Creation/Editing: The ability to create and edit PDF documents is a must. This might involve creating new documents or updating and modifying existing ones.
- Conversion: The PDFs will need to be converted to other file formats. Specifically, I am looking to convert them to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint formats.
- Data Extraction: The freelancer should be able to extract data from PDF documents. This could involve copying tables, text, or other information.
