Modify a PDF fillable form

Hello,
I have a fillbale PDF form named < Formulaire facture Notaire SOVAK > that does not work correctly. I need it modified following these instructions. Open the file named < Fillable to be modified exemple > for these instructions:
- The red box labeled 1 is the bill number. It needs to always go up by 1 everytime the reset button (green box in the lower left part of the file) is pressed. It also needs to remember which number it's at everytime I close and open the file.
- The red box labeled 2 is the date. It needs to always be the current date when I open it.
-The red box labeled 3 should always show 0.05$
-The red box labeled 4 should always show 0.09975$
-The red box labeled 6 should be the result of multiplying the amount in the red box labeled 5 with the amount in the red box labeled labeled 3.
-The red box labeled 7 should be the result of multiplying the amount in the red box labeled 5 with the amount in the red box labeled labeled 4
-The red box labeled 8 should be the sum of box labeled 5, 6 and 7.
-The red box labeled 10 should be the amount in the red box labeled 8, minus the red box labeled 9.
