Mixed PDF to Excel Conversion

I have several PDFs that combine both numbers and text. I simply need every piece of that mixed data entered accurately into an Excel workbook laid out in a clean, standard table—one row per record, one column per field, no fancy templates or custom formatting.

You will receive the source PDFs as soon as we start. From there, your job is to extract every value, label, and note exactly as written, place them in the sheet, and run a quick self-check to be sure totals, dates, and spellings match the originals.

When you reply, focus on the similar PDF-to-Excel work you have completed before and how you keep accuracy high at speed. If you have a favorite tool or script that helps automate error checking, feel free to mention it; otherwise, solid manual entry skills are fine.
