Minor PDF Edit Work

I need a freelancer to help me with a PDF editing task. The project involves:

- Text changes: Modifying the existing text according to my instructions.
- Image modifications: Changing some images in the PDF.
- Adding/removing pages: Inserting new pages and deleting unnecessary ones as needed.

I have the original source file, which is a Word document. Your task will involve working with this file to create the updated PDF. Ideally, you should have experience with:
