Make A4 Book Print Ready

I have a 62 page book, fully designed however I required margins to be adjusted and general alignment.
We need the file to be adjusted to make it print ready, including adding bleed and safe margin.
Document will be supplied to appointed designer. See file, which breakdown how file should be adjusted for print. Remember left and right pages will differ.
The document artboards are not correctly numbered hence when exported to PDF format it is all over the place. We need the file to be made ready in PDF for print in order. Starting from the top, left to right. This may require copying the pages to a new file and arranging dartboards there.
