To expend my knowledge and experience in the field of MEP Fire Fighting & Plumbing System .Residential Commercial & Industrial Work .
Design and Planning (Plumbing and firefighting services complete with all respect).Delhi Meeting with Architect, Structure, Client, Vendors, Authority person, PMC etc Preparation of DBR, Preliminary Budgets, tender documents, Cost Estimate.
Quality assurance of PHE & Fire Fighting Service’s Drawings,Design Calculation.Knowledge of various IS codes, NBC, NFPA & local and international standards & code of practice. Attend & discuss in Design Review Meeting (DRM) with all other stakeholders.Project Report Preparation.
Site Visit Report etc.
Well experienced in Plumbing design such as Water Supply,Soil, Waste, Vent & Storm Water disposal systems and Basement Drainage. Basement subsoil drainage, Basement submersible drainage and submersible pump design. Designing of Design for Pumps / Filters / Water Heaters / Water Storage Tank.
Drawing supervision and checking w.r.t. CAD standards. Detailed Engineering , Schematic , Detailed drawings & working drawing checking for drainage and water supply layouts. Toilet,Kitchen, Pantry & Bath Shower etc.
Storm Water drainage system calculation (on the basis collecting area and interpretation with meteorological data) and rain water harvesting design, External Sewerage System and design of Septic tank Design and STP requirement calculation based on domestic sewerage discharge, Swimming pool and water feature design, water treatment system design, STP design. Hot water system ( solar panel, heat pump, HWG, Steam boiler and heat pump ) etc.
Fire Fighting design including piping layout, Schematic Diagram for sprinkler and Hydrant (Internal & external) System and equipment piping & pump house for different type of projects as per NBC, Indian standard. Design for sprinklers systems, Hydrant systems (Internal & External) Checking of BIM Module design drawing,
