Looking for someone to create a fillable PDF form
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can create a fillable PDF form for the purpose of collecting Tenant information at time of applying for one of our rental units.
Scope of project:
-recreate our existing Tenant application form according to the markups and amendments in the attached file.
-The proposed form will be created on letter sized (8.5x11) pages (currently: Legal 8.5x14), and must use the existing forms spacings, field heights, and widths, font sizes etc..
-The complete form must be fillable, so that our Tenants can complete the application, save it, and email it back to us without needing to print.
-The form must also have the option to print, for those who prefer to print, and submit the form back to us in writing.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in creating fillable PDF forms
- Proficiency in designing user-friendly, simple, yet professional-looking forms.
- Knowledge of PDF editing tools and software
