KDP Poetry Book Layout
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a small collection of school-project poems (7 in total) sitting in one Word file in my school Google account. I'm having difficulty saving them as a PDF in the dimensions and layout I want, and it may be a limitation with using the student account, I don't know, but I need help turning it into a polished interior for Amazon KDP. Every poem must begin on a fresh page, keeping the original line breaks and spacing intact.
The font of the entire file is Cormorant Garamond. Please size and lead the type so it remains legible once printed, and apply consistent margins that satisfy KDP’s trim and bleed rules (I’ll confirm the exact trim size with you at the outset).
My cover PDF is already finished—your job is the interior only. Once you’re done I should be able to drop the file straight into KDP with no font-embedding warnings, margin errors, or other validation issues.
Deliverables
• Press-ready, font-embedded PDF of the interior, one poem per page, passing KDP pre-flight
• A final Word or InDesign source file with the same layout (optional but appreciated)
