Jotform PDF expert

I have about 10 relatively long Jotforms and I need someone who can create multiple PDF templates for each form in Jotform., capturing the data entered and displaying it in different ways. For example, when they enter their emergency contact, one of the PDF' should use the data entry to create to a pdf signature form for the emergency contact to confirm their contact information...Another form might be a request for references. I need someone with experience with the Jotform PDF Editor and it is very important that these PDF's are neat, clean and professional and can be printed and emailed
