Interactive PDF Rating System
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
I'm looking for a skilled professional to add to an existing interactive PDF with a rating system. What I need is similar to a star rating, like you see on customer satisfaction surveys, but boxes instead of stars. I am designing the pdf in Indesign and exporting as an interactive PDF.
It’s just the clickable rating part that I need to bring someone in to create for me.
