Interactive PDF Conversion of NFSA Forms

I require a skilled developer who can convert my hard-copy NFSA inspection forms pertaining to Fire Sprinkler Systems (Wet, Pre, Dry, STP, Pump) into interactive PDF forms. These forms should be compatible and perform smoothly on different platforms like iPads, iPhones and computers.
Key Features:
- Include a signature line, enabling signature by finger on touchscreen devices.
- The forms should have checkboxes and text input fields, allowing user-friendly interaction.
Experience in PDF form creation, knowledge of Adobe Suite or any other equivalent software, and an understanding of iOS interface is preferable. Familiarity with NFSA inspection forms will be an added benefit.
