Looking for a talented individual with experience in creating attractive and interactive Word doc forms to match our new brand. This project will entail the creation of 15 forms with the following features:
- Fillable fields
- Dropdown menus
- Checkboxes
- Tables
We will provide an approved template from our designers that must be used to match styling/ formatting etc.
These documents will be used primarily for data collection with our clients, so it's essential they are clean, professional, and easy to navigate.
The ideal candidate will have experience creating similar documents and be able to demonstrate past work to reflect their capabilities. This project will require a keen attention to detail and a strong understanding of how to blend functionality with aesthetics.
