I'm seeking an experienced technician with expertise in Xerox printers, specifically the WorkCentre 7830 model and printing multipage PDF documents, to resolve an issue where the printer mistakenly counts monochrome (K only) pages as colour. This problem is affecting our printing costs and workflow efficiency and is now part of a legal claim against the supplier.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in troubleshooting and repairing Xerox printer models and possess a keen attention to detail to ensure this issue is identified promptly and a report created that can be used in court if required.
Key Requirements:
- Proficient with Xerox WorkCentre 7830 functionalities and common issues
- Proven track record in resolving printer colour counting mistakes
- Ability to work efficiently and provide a solution within a month
- Ability to write report as Expert Witness, previous experience as an Expert Witness preferred but not essential.
Skills and Experience:
