IBook to PDF Conversion

I need an old iBook file (.iba) converted to PDF.

Requirements:
- Simplify formatting for easier reading
- Keep all images
- Convert interactive elements to static content

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Experience with iBook and PDF conversion
- Attention to detail in formatting
- Proficient in handling images and interactive content

Total file 280Mb but videos are a great part of it.
